Things I learned whilst redesigning The Fox and Furrow:
1. Do not try and totally overhaul your blog at 9pm in the evening. You will end up going to sleep at 4am.
2. Do not attempt step one after two glasses of wine on an empty stomach. Getting pixel counts exactly accurate is hard enough as it is.
I really love the design, I feel it captures exactly what I wanted this blog to be about. The creative process was really helped by the woodland-style images made by ShhMakerDesign, but boy was I not prepared for my image editor to crash at 1am and my village internet to flick in and out of life in the early hours!
There's a new navigation bar which should make it a lot easier for you to find what you're looking for, as well as new 'About Me' and 'Contact' pages, should you want to drop me a line. I think that early autumn is the best time of year, so that's what I based by design around. Who doesn't love woodland berries and late summer sprigs?
I'm off on an impromptu trip to Ireland in an hour or so with one of the coolest girls ever who also happens to be my childhood bestie, Cati. Things might be a little quiet on here for the next few days, but be sure to find an Irish filled post in the next week, then we'll back to a normal schedule.
If you need me, I'll be on the Irish coast, drenched in rain and with a belly full of Guiness.
Have a super weekend!
