This outfit is fast becoming an autumn staple. Packing a little hand luggage case to go to Ireland meant taking minimum clothing I could wear multiple ways, and that's where this outfit popped up! A windy walk on the Antrim coast with my hair whipping me in the face meant that a ribbon to hold it all back was an absolute necessity.
My SLR accompanied me, of course, and lives in my faux leather case when it's not busy snapping away. I picked this one because it doesn't look obviously like a camera case and is therefore less likely to get pinched! It also has little pockets in it so I could take my phone, money, lipstick and multiple curby grips without the need for another bag.
The lack of rain in September meant that wellies weren't needed just yet, so I slipped on my well-worn Bertie boots. They're just as good for a country as they are when stomping around town. It's not in anyway cold yet but there is a nip in the wind, so it's prime time for my Barbour to be dusted off and worn until the snow kicks in!
Nothing I've got on is a new purchase - alas being a 'graduate-seeking-employment' means you have to be a little creative when it comes to putting new outfits together. I hope this has given you a little inspiration for what you can do with well-worn clothes at a tricky time of the year weather wise.
